What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the items at contact@thescottishsoaphouse.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us.

 

When and how will my order ship?

Orders with our Standard Delivery option within the United States typically ship within 1-3 business days while still being delivered within the quoted time frame from the day you place your order. 

The carrier is determined upon shipping.  Both domestic and international orders are typically shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We have found that their rates are the least expensive, most reliable and quickest to ship; however, we may choose to ship your package through other carriers.

Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-12 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays

Note: In most cases, your order is processed immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

 

Are there shipping discounts?  

Yes, for orders over $75, no code is needed, and your discount will automatically apply at checkout.

 

Where do I find coupon codes?
The best place to find the best coupon codes is through our email communications that we send out to our customers that have signed up. (Sign up at the bottom of our homepage for newsletters, events, and promotions.)



What if the coupon code doesn’t work or only works partially?
Errors with a coupon code might not work.  In these cases, email us and let us know about the problem and we will refund any discrepancy to you credit card charged.


Can I use multiple coupon codes?
No, currently we only offer one coupon code per customer per order; so, if you have to choose which offer is better for you.

 

Does The Scottish Soap House gift wrap?  Is there a charge?

Do you offer Wholesale rates for my store or internet business?
Simply email us:  contact@thescottishshoaphouse.com and we will get in touch with you within one business day.
